Intercare Milestones
The UG3 pilot phase took place in years 1 and 2 of funding. This pilot allowed for the refinement of each of the InterCARE interventions. Between March and August 2021, we collaborated with MoH to finalize EHR adaptations, test internally/in the field, and train providers (including on-site support for 2 months).
